the key is to prepare yourself for the sneeze/cough/ect. I'll basically just grab my crotch lmao it does help though even if you look silly. I figured its either look silly and most women will get what you're doing or don't look silly and sit there with wet undies lol

Since becoming pregnant I sneeze not just once anymore, but up to 4 times in a row. Very frustrating when coupled with babies head on my bladder haha.

My hubby likes to make it a joke when I sneeze that I also pee a little. No one else really knows or understands the joke but its funny because it does happen. Oh well might as well embrace it!
