so how long does it take to get pregnant after miscarriage?

So I had a miscarriage Sep. 21st. I only bleed for three days. On the 4th day. Till today Sep. 27th we have had unprotected sex. Is it possiable to get pregnant that soon after a miscarriage??? I am wanting another baby but I am also scared I will have another miscarriage too... we both want a kid. So is it safe for my body to go through that so soon after? We have not used protection once and we have sex like every day! So is there any chance I could get pregnant? My miscarriage I wasn't that far along 6 weeks tops and naturally miscarried...so that's good right?! It's Sept. 28th and I don't know what my HCG levels are but I know before I miscarried it was a 38.. So it is possible to become pregnant a.s.a.p after a miscarriage?? How long should I wait to take a pregnancy test? It's only been a week since I miscarried and I wasn't even 6weeks pregnant...so is it soon?? I don't really want to ask my doctors cause they are going to say wait three months or one full cycle before trying to get pregnant... What do you guys suggest???

I got pregnant the SAME WEEK as my miscarrige... and I am now 6 months.

I am sorry for your loss.

Your HCG levels need to be 5 or below for you to be able to ovulate again though (*Hence why you dont ovulate whilst pregnant).

You're more fertile right now! DONT Have sex EVERYDAY.. as that can lower the sperm count.. every other day :)

Hi, We had a natural MC on the 27th of nov 2009 no D&C passed it naturally we were 9 weeks along but the fetus stopped growing at 6 it was very sad, we were pregnant again on the 30th dec 2009, so it didn't take long at all it really shocked us we weren't really trying, we are currently 39 weeks with a healthy pregnancy due any day now and so excited.
