Do any of you ladies have diarrhea after being bloated and gassy? I had been super gassy and bloated allllllll day yesterday and then today had some diarrhea and im wondering if it normal or if the gas and bloating cause the diarrhea? Any of you ladies experience this?

Thank you! Im abt to be 30 weeks and I have been struggling with just abt every tummy issue possible! Lol I just hate how miserable it can get!

I experienced th is all throughout my first trimester. My doctor said it was normal. Our bodies are trying to get used to the increased hormones. If you are later in your pregnancy and are worried then I would bring it up with your doctor, but it's probably nothing. Best of luck
