Im 7weeks and 1 day. This is my first pregnancy and im excited and scared at the same time. Yesterday I was spiting a little is that normal?
Spotting is normal as long as its not accompanied by cramping or heavy bleeding.
Was it dark or bright? Dark means old blood which is fine as long as it is not heavy. But just a little spotting is not usually much to worry about either
