So for the second time today I have notice a small amount of blood when using the bathroom and it has me very nervous....idk if bkuz I'm so paranoid and nervous I'm actually making my self feel sick and have cramps. I really don't know what to do but I feel as if I'm going to have a panic attack I keep reading about miscarriages and while some thing make me feel a little better other things scare the crap out of me .

Same happened to me last week. I was nine weeks as well. It didn't last more than a day.. I looked into it and as long as it's just spotting and not period like(meaning heavy) you should be fine. If you have any concerns I would recommend talking to your doctor though! I freaked out for a bit but everything turned out to be fine. Spotting is normal for the most part.

I would just take it easy and not worry until you know for sure.  Some spotting is normal and so is cramming.  If your cramps are severe it is a sign something may be wrong. But understand that your uterus is growing to compensate for baby and this will create cramps.  If you are really worked up schedule an appointment with doc. But try to keep positivity alive and don't stress too much.  Many women experience what you're experiencing and everything turns out just fine.
