spotting blood

Yesterday I started spotting dark blood when I wiped and that was around 1. I called my OB and they told me to watch and observe and to call in the morning if i still was or not. I continued to spot and enough stained my underwear (sorry for tmi) until later in the evening. I went to the bathroom this morning and I thought I had stopped, so I called and told them. But later into the afternoon I would wipe and some more blood showed. I just went to the bathroom and there was blood when I wiped and on my underwear.

Should I be worried? And should I call to tell my OB again?

You should def go to the ER. I had one dime size drop of blood and my nurses said baby could have hit a vein at 35 weeks, but if you constantly had it for a couple of hours/days something could be wrong. Go to get monitored

I wouldn't say I'm bleeding a lot. It wasn't much when I wiped, and its not too Mich on my underwear, but I will call.

I would definitely call your OB or go to the ER like asap, it's just not normal to be bleeding that much at this time during pregnancy! It's better to be safe than sorry!
