I'm 4-5 weeks pregnant and yesterday when I went to the bathroom I noticed a a little clump of dark red blood when I wiped.  I wiped two more times and there was nothign else.  That was the first and last time I have any discharge since i found out I was pregnant last week.  I called my Dr and am waiting for her to call me back.  Should I be concerned?

Yes I actually just got back from the Dr office as they wanted to take blood so they could compare it to my blood level from tuesday.  I'm just hoping for the best.

I have had bleeding in all 3 of my pregnancies. Two of them turned out fine and one sadly turned into a m/c.  Bleeding/spotting can be a common thing during pregnancy but it could also mean an impending m/c.  I hope your doctor contacts you soon, make sure they do more blood to ensure that your levels are increasing.
