spotting

Hello! I am have been spotting for about a week now--I am 7 weeks pregnant. My HCG levels is 53,000 and my Progesterone is 14. I am nauseated all the time. I am really worried about this spotting---no cramping and no bright red blood. Should I expect to miscarry?

Its pretty much 50-50 whenever you spot or bleed in early pregnancy. I spotten light pink my first pregnancy and ended up miscarrying (however I had cramps as well) this pregnancy I bled bright red almost everyday for 5 weeks and now I'm 27 weeks with a healthy baby. It really can go either eay. Best thing to do is get your levels rechecked to make sure they are doubling and to get an ultrasound to make sure the baby is progressing. Best of luck to you I hope everything works out.
