stress and mental anguish does affect the baby. (i'm a stresser and my mom and df constantly yell at me for it) my mother is a nurses aid (also in nursing school....yay mom) so i do regard what she's says highly. it's never good to stress when pregnant......like mamaofone said....if you feel you're getting stressed or upset walk into another room sit down and just breath in and out through your nose (that always calms me down) and think about the baby and how great it's going to be having that bundle of joy soon!!!

Getting yourself upset isnt good for you or the baby. Anytime you are feeling upset at anyone, Just walk in to another room and let yourself claim down. Good Luck :o)
