I feel your pain, after trying every lotion, oil and cream from the start of my pregnancy I have still gotten them on my lower tummy and sides...I even tried tummy wrapping 4-5 times a day lol

My baby is due anyday now so I've been looking into what treatments are available out there, what Ive found so far is Derma Rolling, Carboxy theropy, laser treatment and chemical type peel.
So there are some options out there ofcoarse at a price £££ so it's on with the saving for me.  I'm gonna give the Caboxy theropy a go which is £125 a pop and its basically enjections into the scars to plump out the skin followed by a chemical peel. Usually recomend upto 6 sessions of this.

Failing all that then I will poss give the laser a go they say it removes around 75% of the scarring. Prices for that are around £300 per area! So pretty expensive...

I did buy my own derma roller which I plan to use 3 times a week after baby as this stimulates collegen production back to the area where u have scars - so helps plump out the skin and reduces apperance of scars.
You can also get this done under a local anesthetic at some clinics where they do a very deep roll which breaks the skin and promots healing to the area.

Hope the info helps...

Good luck : )

Sorry to tell you but Maderma will fade the stretch marks, not get rid of them. However, that would happen anyways overtime

I think after you get stretch marks, aren't they permanent? I mean they do fade, but I don't think they ever fully disappear. Unless you get laser surgery or something!
