Subway is fine deli's where they cut the meat like wal mart is fine packaged meat is not it has all the harmful things in it for pregnant women

Toast it to be safe. Lunch meat can carry Listeria.

Its just subway. There's no harmful chemicals in the meat and its just like having a sandwhich at home. Plus their yummy :) Don't worry about them
