sweet smelling discharge

sorry about tmi but I've started noticing a sweet smell wen I got to the bathroom. I'm also getting a lot of clear discharge. Is this a sign labour will be coming soon?

I am 30 weeks and am having sweet smelling dischrge... i just had my test for diabetes and was all clear so not that. I think it may be a worthy question for the doc as it very well could be a slow leak of amniotic fluid, or it could be nothing.... wont know til you ask. :)

I would get it checked... I thought sweet urine was a sign of diabetes

Could just be hormones. I'm only partway through the first trimester and have noticed a sweet smell for weeks. Can't hurt to ask your doc about it though.

You never know.. I had a discharge that smelt like corn syrup when pregnant near the end.. I believe it was the week before labor.. I thought it might be amniotic fluid but it didnt keep coming and seeing as my bag never ruptured on its own, it probably wasnt.. but it literally smelt like corn syrup

I was told amniotic fluid smells sweet.  U might want to get checked.  Good luck
