I have the same problem and im always on my feet for work I wear compression socks they help a lot bc if the swelling gets to bad you can get varicose veins and you dont want them

What helped me was doing away with the sneakers. I only wear open toed shoes and sandals and that did wonders for me so if that's an option for you try it.

I'll be 28 weeks Saturday and I've been having the same problem for almost 2 weeks now. My left foot also gets more swollen and a little purple ish.. I have to stop what I'm doing and put my feet up for 5 minutes. I have an appointment on the 14th & will talk to my doctor about it.

Put ice or a cold towel on them.

Elevating them should do the trick.. If the swelling isn't going down I would tell your doc.

Hmm, maybe let your dr know. Always good to check out swelling that wont go away and if you notice one limb is more swollen then another. Hope it passes for you soon!
