swelling

My feet and ankles are so swollen it's unbelievable. I've been drinking water and laying with my feet up, but it doesn't seem to be helping. Is there anything else I can do to help with the swelling? Are those long compression socks ok to try? My husband has some I've been thinking about putting on, but I want to know it's safe first.

poke your foot if they leave a dent for a few seconds after you remove your finger then you may want to get it checked out because that could be toxemia :/ look it up & see if they look anything like that be safe & take it easy.

They're good I was in the hospital about a week ago they put them on me so I wouldn't get any blood clots so you can wear them

Try soaking them in Epsom salt I heard it's supposed to help

Maybe its your salt intake. I work with the elderly, and they swell up when they have too much salt in their diet

I don't know if they're okay I had swelling in my feet real bad with my first pregnancy and just had to keep them up for hours on end and that would help
