swollen !
Ugh my feet already started getting swollen :( do any of you ladies know how to get rid of this??? I heard salt with hot water but it just dosent seem to work :/ please help !
Drink LOTS of liquids...mostly water! I was very swollen and uncomfortable and that was the #1 advice my Dr. gave me. If it's your feet that are swollen really bad I would also put them up for most of the day if possible...I lay on the couch with them on top of a pile of pillows! It helps keep the swelling down...good luck!
Keep your feet up. Also those little foot baths are awesome with Epsom salt in them
My doctor told me today to reduce my salt intake and watch what I eat! Too much salt causes it
