swollen feet

I'm almost 34 weeks & my feet & ankles are so swollen. I feel like I've literally tried everything & nothing works. Any advice?

My mom had preeclapsia with both of her children so they'be been monitoring it closely. That's originally what I thought but my blood pressure is normal, normal urine, normal glucose, & normal weight gain. I've read the pressure from swimming pools makes the swelling go down, I just need to find a swimming pool lol

As long as your BP isn't high that's all that matters. Swelling alone isn't a sign of preeclampsia, which I'm sure they're watching you carefully for, it's almost over mama!

I tried elevating my feet, it doesn't work :(. I spoke to my doctor & since I don't have high blood pressure, it wasn't a big concern, he said at this stage its normal. But girl I can't even put my foot in my shoes. They're really really swollen. ktowne these kids are taking over my whole body lol I can't wait for Jan 9th!

Drink lots and lots of water, try to keep your feet up as much as possible, you're also having twins so I'm sure your symptoms are magnified. I'm 34 weeks today and have slight swelling, so I'm sure yours will be worse. If it gets worse or you're able to make dents in you feet with your fingers/shoes I'd tell your doctor!

Hmmmm maybe less salt in your diet and you really have till try to elevate your feet when you're just hanging out.
