Soak your feet in warm water with bicarbonate of soda , really helps
Try to decrease the quantity of salt in ur food.... even tht helps
When u resting don't forget elevate ur feet. Put some pillows under them.
I do. But I take bp meds. I've tried Epsom salt baths and I drink tons of water.
Drinks lots of water so that your body doesn't retain it. Try to avoid foods high in sodium, and make sure to get plenty of time off of your feet. Unfortunately it is a part of pregnancy.
You don't have high BP, do you?
