I'm 29 weeks along and my feet/hands are extremely swollen. My feet are burning and stinging and I've had them propped up for over 12 hours but no change. Any suggestions to help?

Call your doctor. That's the first sign of preeclampsia.

Call your doctor that could be a sign of preclampsia(don't in now if that's spelled correctly).

Soak them for a bit, that's what I used to have to do to keep the swelling down. Also lie down and prop pillows underneath them to have them raised up above the rest of your body. But if they been swollen that long I would contact a doc just to be on the safe side!
