What are the symptoms of pregnancy? The most common and the not so common ones?

So i have none of these...and i have been feeling a bubbly feeling in my stomach too...its weird. I dont think thta i could be because i have an iud (mirena) but its not 100% affective so i have no clue. And i dont know about the missed period because i really dont have one...
