symptoms at 7weeks

Well I had a ultrasound at 6 weeks and we heard a heartbeat and size was good.  I had a couple days of nausea and feeling tired my breasts were somewhat tender.  I am now 7w3days and since Friday I have felt perfectly fine like I am not pregnant except for some cramping that is not major.  I have not had any bleeding or severe cramping.  I called my on call doctor who is not my doctor I usually see and all he said was to make an appt to check it oit.  All uneasy looking for was reassurance that this can be normal.

My nausea and extremely sore boobs kicked in at 4 weeks. At 7 weeks everything stopped and I wasn't feeling anything. I'm almost 10 weeks now and the nausea and minor cramps have just started to come back.

You are not crazy at all to want reassurance. Cramping is normal, and making sure you are hydrated can help with that. It is reassuring that you have not had any spotting or bleeding. I am not telling you this to scare you, but the loss of symptoms in the first trimester should be checked out. It can be an indication of a missed miscarriage. I had this happen last year, but have been told that it is fairly rare. It is when the pregnancy stops developing and the fetus is not viable, but your body does not go through the miscarriage process. The only indication is a loss of symptoms. I started feeling better, less tired & boobs not as sore or swollen, at around 8 weeks, but didn't really think anything of it. I didn't find out until we went for our 12 week ultrasound. There is nothing the Dr could of done, but for your health and to reassure your self, definately keep your appointment. Let us know how it turns out, and try not to stress. You are doing the right thing. Hoping for the best!

Definitely not just you. I'm 8 weeks on Tuesday and had the same thing happen this week -- couple days of feeling way too good. I started obsessing about the house and bleaching out cupboards (crazy huh?). And I'm getting really spacey, boiling over pans and such.
Don't worry. After a couple days the nausea, headaches and mood swings were right back. Some women say they feel better till 9 or 10 weeks though.

I hope you are right ... This is my first pregnancy so I don't know what to expect .. everyone keeps telling me I'm fine and shouldn't worry but I can't help but be concerned

I honestly had the same symptoms you did!  I actually didn't believe I was pregnant for almost the whole 1st trimester because I felt so normal!  I then started to get the nausea and fatigue but still part of me still felt like I was not pregnant.  I would not worry about not having any symptoms.  If you are not bleeding and the cramping is not severe, I would wait it out.  Light cramping is normal during your first trimester.  If anything gets worse or you have more symptoms that you don't feel should be normal then definitely call your dr.  If you are still a little uneasy about it then go ahead and make an appt to get checked out.  Either way, there is no wrong decision.  I hope this was helpful!
