symptoms of food poisoning

I am experiencing bloating of the stomach with nausea.  I am dizzy and have double vision .  I cooked a piece of meat beef which was in fridge for a week. it was blotchy and after cooking it , it tasted slightly sweet.  I started feeling this way an hour after eating.  I have only taken baking soda and water

if you start puking and diarrhea'ing, a lot for at 4 2 days than id say yeah you most likely would have food poisoning.
but bloating and naseau are normal in pregnancy. but double vision idk what would cause that, call your doctor or try eyedrops or something..
