symptoms

I am 8wks5days pregnant and ive noticed   after a workout im starting to get tingling in my feet and recently ive just felt weird. Ive miscarried before so when i also spot or feel even the slightest of cramps i get scared. I noticed im spotting on and off. And last night i just felt all sorts of awful- nausea, lower back ache, tingling feet and my stomach just felt bloated and had discomfort. Didnt think i had cramping but im not sure. Im worried and wanted to know if what im feeling is normal. This is my third pregnancy and didnt feel these symptoms in the first trimester before. I want to see a doc but i have an appt for next week with my OB. What should i do? Am i over reacting?

Thank u! Yes i will have to tone it down..i just hate feeling sluggish and thats how ive felt for tue past three days! Ive been doing little here and there but i just felt it was too early to just think i can only walk as my method of exercise. But right now i am not spotting (was earlier but it wasnt bad bleeding, just light red but has not been constant)...and it did stop today since i planned not to exercise and actually laid down and relaxed lol...my goal for this pregnancy is to be a fit preggo mommy esepcially since im type 2 diabetic. Truly appreciate the comments and the feedback! Our family doesnt know yet because we are waiting for the clear in the first trimester

Hey I also work out. Weight lift and cardio.  I think if your feeling this way it may be best to tone down your workout rigor and the length of your workout and frequency.  If you go daily maybe skip every other day   but definitely talk to your doc also

I was the same had four miscarriages am now 8 weeks and all gd so far.... this time I have all the same symptoms as u but have found they are all normal just not nice the time to actually worry is when you cant feel anything!!!! The pain and everything else is just ur body adapting... take it easy but dnt give up completely.. it would be too much of a shock for ur body x

Yes i have been doing a lot of activity especially since i am a polynesian dancer..its really hard for me to transition because i love dancing :( i do know its healthy especially since ive been dancing before i got pregnant but i could just be adding some stress to my body that is changing.

Maybe you should stop working out for a while and get more rest. Talk to your doctor about it.

I agree with CutieMommy2be.
I had the same symptoms minus the spotting.
Resting a bit from exercise til you talk to your OB is the safest thing you can do.

Your not over reacting however i would take it easy until your doc appointment. Perhaps wait to workout until you see your ob. As for what you're feeling i felt that way as well but I did not have spotting. Because you spotting here and there I would just rest and take a break off the working out until you see the obgyn just to be on the safe side.
