Yea therapy would be a waste of time because you don't have much longer to go and will get better once you have the baby I was in my mid second trimester when my started and it was worser hence radiating down my leg good luck hope you find some relief
It's not a pain running down my leg, it's just at the spot where my tailbone is. I will try to look up some stretches tho. I don't have much longer tho so I don't want to have to go to therapy
I had that pain and it ran down my leg sometimes it would feel like my leg was giving out found out the baby was on my sciatica nerve went to therapy and learned some stretches to help reduce the pain while I was pregnant with my last pregnancy
Oh I hope that's not the case...thank you I'll definitely talk to my doc about it now
You can get them on amazon.
It could be your actual tailbone my son broke mine at 20 weeks pregnant the end is dislocated. He's 1.5 now and I still get pain. Try a pillow with the tailbone cut out it will help.
Alrighty. My husband bought me an inflatable donut to sit on so hopefully that works
Tbh not really try laying on ur left side it helps BP and helps with ridding your body of excess water weight if you have any.
Did anything alleviate the pain?
It was a battle believe me. But in the end it was rewarding seeing my little girl.
I can't believe you put up with it for as long as you did....you're a trooper lol. Thank you for your help!
Yeah sounds like the siatic nerve. I was told it's where the uterus tilts and presses on that little nerve and it can cause a bunch of pain. It will get better once you have the baby. :)
It feels like it's bruised reallllllllly badly lol like a ball of pain right at the tailbone. Its horrible
Sorry can't reach it. Lol
If it feel like a stinging pinching pain it's call the siatic nerve it's right behind the tailbone where u can reach to rub it believe me it's painful. I got that when I was 6 months pregnant with my first baby. I worked up till I was 37.5 weeks dilated at 4 cm and still having the nerve problem. If that's what it is make sure you hold on to every thing you can get your hands on.
Is it pain to where it's shoots pain in one or the other or maybe both legs? Does it sting?
