Yeah as long as you cook ig right and make sure not to eat to much of it per week i ate tilapia,salmon,shrimp with my first and same with this one. :)
Seafood is good like once a week, and no more than 12 ounces. Tilapia and salmon are really good for both you and baby's brain development. Light canned tuna and shrimp are also acceptable. It's the fancy fish that might have high traces of mercury that aren't safe.
My Dr told me i can do seafood once a week..and no more than that..just because if the possible mercury.
Yes fish is really good for you. Just don't eat it everyday of the week
