I'm dilated to 1 and am 37 weeks. Started primrose yesterday go back to dr next Thursday so well see if it ends up helping any. Hope so!
Ive heard a few different things about it so I was just curious. The only way my induction will stay on track is of my vcervix is thin enough so I wanted to make sure it will be ready. This is my second child. I never did anything for the first so I didnt know nothing about thinning a cervix. Thank you!
It doesnt thin it, it softwns it so when you are naturally ready for, labor it goes quickly
I've been using primrose both ways for 2 weeks not sure it's done anything or not cause my cervix hasn't been checked but dr set up my induction for 39 weeks so I'm not using it anymore
Walking and bouncing while sitting on a yoga ball with your legs spread out
I was told accupuncture works amazing to induce labour naturally, a friend of mine has had 4 kids and did it with all her kids at the end (she was overdue) and she went into labour a day or so later.
I ate pineapple and drank pineapple juice to help thin my cervix. You can try that
They probably don't answer because they don't know.
I know when you have a serious question nobody answers but you ask them about their due date or their babies name and there are 60 answers! I have never tried it but I was curious as well
I took it orally amd vaginally since 36 weeks and i really dont think it did anything. Today is my due date and still no signs of labor...
Really? No one has tried the primrose oil?
Bump! I'd love too know as well.
