tightness already???
Im only 9 weeks and 4 days along with my first child and already my lower belly feels harder and heavier then it ever has. is it normal for your lower abdomen to get hard this early??
Its just been so heavy and tight for the past couple of weeks. Like it don't get tight and then back to normal its just been staying tight and heavy
It could just be from the change and stress in your bowels and uterus. It does expand and contract as it grows but it is by no means the same contractions as labor contractions.
