All night long I been in extreme pain stomach pain and a weird pulling cramping pain in my belly button that's still goin on waiting for my husband to come take me to the hospital but I wanna go alone not that I'm hiding something it's he's not that compassionate or symptomatic I feel bad but I jus want to go alone I really want to go with my mom or aunt but they live 45 mins away don't wanna tell my husband might hurt his feelings is that wrong

Most likely just gas. You're very early in pregnancy.

I actually had this around that time too! I was very worrried. Went and got aome test done and checked , and everything was fine. Maybe you should go , especially if you start too bleed.
