Hi BabyB, it's important that u do regular exercise suitable to you and a pace u feel comfortable. Drink plenty of water at least 1.5 to 2 liter a day. Try to snack on tree nuts, whole grains, fresh fruits (dried or processed fruits r high in sugar), diary and veges. Eat only sweet treats in rare occasions . That's wt my Dr advised me to do.
