Get a bottle of gas drops. There is nothing worse than a gassy baby in the middle of the night and not having any.

Burp rags, lol. My daughter spits up a lot.
Wipes too. Not so much diapers since you don't know how baby will react to a certain kind.
I bought a few newborn packs before my little girl was born.
Bottles if you're bottle feeding... washing bottles all the time is annoying.  
Socks too... They always disappear lol

I think bout the only thing u can stock up on are hypoallergenic sensitive wipes u never know of baby will have an allergy to something until its used with em and I always get slightly bigger clothes for my son as they will only grow. If ur bfing though lanolin cream is great to have handy although I might try coconut oil this time for nipple soreness
