Seriously can I go into labor yet!! I'm 4 cm dilated and only have 4 days til my due date! If there's people out there being induced at 36 weeks why can't they induce me? I'm full term!!!!

I feel so similar to you, 39+2 due on Saturday, and am gettin so impatient lol Ive tried walking, and just ate a bunch of pineapple tonight (fresh i heard is better) and hoping for good news when I go to my doctor tomorrow. One of my friends just had her baby 6 weeks early, and I couldnt be any more anxious for the arrival of my little prince now!! They come when they are ready!!

Walking, squating, pineapple,evening primrose oil, and intercourse are all good ways to Kick start contractions. Don't do anything internally if your waters break due to infection.  Also sitting and GENTLY bouncing on a yoga ball can help but mostly patience :) your almost done.
