I'm not a doctor, but an ulcer wont affect your baby! And just avoid all the foods that set you off with a reaction to it. Spicy foods, fatty foods, etc. Just like normal. You can ask your OB doctor about possible an-acids to take. I know there are a few out there you can take while pregnant.
I wanted to state, that I have a few ulcers and just got through my 3rd pregnancy, and all my kids are fine. Just talk to your OB about it though, because everyone is different with medicines, and depending on how bad your ulcer is will depend on the meds you can take! Good Luck!
