upper back/rib pain

So yesterday I went to the outlets to do some shopping. I'm only 15 weeks and I had to stop about 3 times because I kept getting this really achy dull pain in my upper back/ribs. Any idea why that's happening and what I can do to help when it does happen ? It seems like every position I tried the pain would not go away.

I'd the same thing I'm now really ill with a chest infection (the pain was my lung -"again deep breaths hurt me)
Go doc before it gets worse ! Im 15+ also x

I was wondering what the same thing was. I was in the store & I had it on my left side & it was really sharp. But I noticed it when I was taking deep breaths in & my mom told me its cuss I was congested.. & to drink more water.
