upper stomach pains

I am having pains in my back and the top of my stomach.. It makes it hard to stand up straight and came out of no where. I am really early in my pregnancy like 5 wks so i didn't think it would do Any harm that i been doing a lot of house work today.... Has anyone else had this?

Thanks y'all! I wad getting scared and just kept thinking it is to early for this pain... I don't remember this from my last two

They tell me to take it easy and not strain yourself too much but to stay active, just safely

I'm 5 weeks and sweeping and mopping my floors yesterday killed my back.  This is my third pregnancy so I think my muscles are relaxing super early.  Plus I just had my son a year ago so my body remembers quite easily.  Your bodies just preparing so things that were mmuch easier before are gonna be more painful.  But who cares right your having a baby!!
