No one has any proof of what this is. Some insist it's because of the baby, some think it's from your body preparing to dilate and others think it's the aftershock of a Braxton hick contraction. I've been having them since 26wks. They're normal and nothing you do can make them go away.
I used to have the same thing, except I always felt like I was getting kicked in the bum hole from the inside out.. It was so weird and uncomfortable feeling.
A common 3rd trimester complaint. Its the baby putting pressure on your cervix when it moves around. Seriously uncomfortable. Ive been getting it for months and it honestly feels like baby is stabbing my vagina with a knife. She just loves grinding her head against it much to my discomfort.
