Varicose veins have u or do u have them how do they feel or look how can u tell u have them do they hurt ? Im a ftm

I have one on my right leg but it has never bothered me .

I get the little tiny ones wherever my legs touch when i cross them, so i try to avoid crossing them. Mine don't hurt...I'm not sure though if they usually hurt or not.
