I hate taking extra pills, also, so talk to your doctor about it monday, if a supplement would be best, or just up your intake of dairy!

I hate the idea of depriving baby. But I also hate putting pills in me. Maybe I'm paranoid but I wish I could just eat carrots or something. I eat yogurt and string cheese for snacks. I'm just confused. Like.. maybe my body is having issues absorbing it?!!? I already eat and drink so muchmore then previous pregnancies. They have me coming back  Monday so I guess ill be asking a lot of questions. Thanks for the input! That phone call scared me.

Yes I have to take 3000 units daily. they make tablets over the counter very cheap. Just take them when you take your prenatal.

Mine is 400, as well, milk, dairy, yogurt, cheeses, I'm sure it's not detrimental to drink 4000 every day, I certainly didn't with my son, I could barely get down milk without throwing up, you'll be fine, just eat/drink what you can! :)

Yes. I take vitafusion gummy prenatal vitamins. It says 400 IU. I've been drinking vit d milk cause I crave it lately too. It seems crazy but confusing. I eat healthy too.

Do you take a prenatal?? There should be a good amount of it in your prenatal!
