I havent been able to see a doctor yet, i am about 3-5 weeks pregnant. Can i take regular folic acid amd omega 3 vitamins while im pregnant? Should i wait until my doctor reccommends something? What should i do, im trying to make sure my baby gets everything it needs.

I got these ones from Walmart for about 5 bucks my doc said they are perfect I showed them to her...they are spring valley prenatals multivitamin/multimineral in a green & yellow bottle ...100 tablets come in a bottle

You can take Flintstones vitamins, they act the same as prenatal vitamins

You can get just a regular prenatal vitamin OTC, make sure it has folic acid as that's the most important right now, and you'll be fine until you visit your doctor he/she will prescribe you something after your first visit. Congratulations!! :)
