Yes but flitstones end up with about 10mg extra of iron so unless your iron is low I wouldn't recommend it unless you get constipated. Trading you guys liquid gel prenatals solve all your problems.

Two Flintstones vitamins equal the same stuff as most prenatals so that might help you. I always take mine after I eat or I throw them up, and that was true of any vitamin I took before I was pregnant.

You could be feeling baby. :-) but you should always take any vitamin with good it digests better than way and most times will also make you not get nauseous. I grt do upset bc sooo many ppl just don't take them rather than try a student vit bc the vitamin itself is usually the culprit. Be careful with gummy vit bc they often dint have iron so worthless. Nature made liquud gels are awesome! They are ranked very high with prenatals and have dha and omega-3. And bc they are liquid gels they are much easier on tummy to digest :-) I really feel I should just make a whole post ab dos,and fonts if prenatals lol

Take them after you eat or you could feel more then butterflies. i cant take them cause they make me so nauseous, but they say it helps to take them after you have food in your stomach.
