It's called morning sickness, doesn't matter the time of day. That is what it is referred to in pregnancy. Being sick in the afternoon only is normal. Mine with my first was all day, even into my sleep, and this baby was only at night before laying down.

I had morning sickness all day long. Yes morning sickness can hit you at anytime of the day. There's a joke on the internet that a man must of invented the saying "morning sickness" because it makes everyone thibk it only occurs in the morning.
