I live off the walmart brand "true value" sugar free cherry drink mix...tastes just like kool-aid!!! You can make it by the pitcher or they have the individual water bottle ones...the grape is my second fav...makes drinking plenty of water really easy!!

Put some lemon in it or something like that. Or I'm sure you can drink iced tea also cuz that's all water with flavoring too. Just so long at there isn't a bunch of sugar in it

You can crystal light to your water. I have the individual kind that I can add to a bottle of water :). After living in Texas for Te summer I got use to and enjoy water now but I could go a whole day (or a few) without drinking water! Milk juice fruit I always thought that was enough!

Walmart has boxes of flavors you can add to bottled water. A lot of them are really good and they have sugar free ones as well.

You can add lemon, lime or cucumber can make water have a nicer taste... im not sure about the packs of water flavors if they have as good of benefits, i know coffee and tea tend to be negatives... be careful on some of the vitamin waters as some have warnings not to consume if prego... or something about pregnancy(maybe consult your Dr first? i cant remember i read it one one of then 2 years ago with my first pregnancy) |I prefer my water to be really cold and drink it better with ice.... if you always have water with you you may notice you drink more so just having a nice bottle of ice water may increase your intake just by sipping... my one GF didnt drink water at all! she hates water and had to start forcing herself to drink it and she just kept water with her all the time to sip on and now its kinda a habit... she taught herself to like it...i live on a farm and we have a water cooler but its more convienant to have bottled water on hand and i have learned there are certain kinds that i dont like! so it could depend on what kind your drinking as well...
