Ive heard breastfeeding helps a lot.
It just depends on your body honestly and where/how you've gained the weight. I lost 35lb the week after I gave birth. A lot is baby, water weight, etc. Breastfeeding burns est 500cal a day. The best thing is a healthy diet and sticking to it! Lots of veggies, lean meats, and staying away from fatty foods. I felt fine to exercise about week two, so I go walking. Good luck!
