I lost 10 lbs in first trimester. I am 36 weeks now and up another 40 lbs. I am sure ur appetite will return full force, just eat bland food for now, drink lots of water, take your vitamin,maybe gingerale will help quesiness...
I'm the same I'm 12 wks and I've lost 15+ pounds, and I have no appetite, the weight loss has a lot to do with eating better and taking better care of yourself, and for the appetite I was told I would get it soon and then I won't be able to get full. I was told by my Dr. That as long as I gain weight later on I'm fine. So just relax and just keep some food in ur system, I know its hard but, just keep eating and drinking as much as you can handle okay, just try ur best.. take care and you can add as a friend on here if u want.
Drinking protein shakes is really good for this. I had the same problem and they make them for weight gain. Hope this helps
