well i am definitely pregnant

So finally got a blood test and turns out I didn't have a miscarriage I am 11weeks I go to my OB-gyn this coming Wednesday for an ultrasound I hope. I would be 12 weeks then. do u think they will do an ultrasound considering I thought I miscarried and haven't had any prenatal care or vitamins or anything because I thought I miscarried back in January?

I hope so. I mean I can hear the heartbeat on my home fetal Doppler so I know the baby is alive. I am not in the best situation tho. I left my husband a couple weeks ago and now find out I am still pregnant and not sure how my family is going to react not even sure how to tell them.

Im sure they will do an ultrasound....just to make sure. They will want to make sure the baby is on track size and back up how far along you are.
