My boobs are seriously starting to make me more uncomfortable than anything else. They're just heavy and pull down on my ribs making them sore and tense making it harder to breath on top on already hard to breath from my uterus pushing on my lungs. I try and at least keep a sports bra on most of the time, but them my boobs get sore. And at night since I have to sleep on my side, its really bad. I got a sleep bra and Im trying it out tonight. Any other ideas? I know I'm probably just gunna have to deal with it, but hoping something can help give my chest a break.
I'm with you girl I have always had big noonday and they have gotten bigger it puts a lot of tension in my back. My husband laughs at me because ill be watching tv or something and end up holding them in hands without realizing it. I know its weird but I've been putting a pillow on my belly and propping them up on it. I find bras uncomfortable now so pillows are my friend. As for sleeping I lay on my side and bunch up the blanket under them so they won't pull so hard.
I just hold them up, ive always been bigger. around DD or DDD but now im at an E and im only 12 weeks. i also wear a bra under a sports bra but cant seem to find a sports bra bigger then xxl lol. just recently its causing me back pains and even before i was pregnant put a lot of pressure on my ribs. When that happens and it hurts to breath i lay down, hold them up and that helps.
