I used mio throughout my pregnancy. I have always hated the taste of water so I never really drank it till mio came out now that is all I drink. Even now and my daughter is going to be a year next week!

I drink a lot of milk. But for the water I add a little bit of my favorite juice (pomegranate) to give it some flavor :)

Maybe put an orange or lemon slice in the water to give it some flavor.

Have you tried flavored water? Like propel or something? That's what I drank in my first trimester because it helped a little with nausea and it tastes great lol :-P
