My life saver was ginger cookies but they're tough to find. I finally found them at walgreens in the food Isle. They were the only thing that I could eat in the first trimester (Even when saltines made me nauseas) and I ate them recently when I got the flu. Helps calm stomach. Good luck!

I know that this sounds like impossible but it's the only thingthat hhelped me . Eat and if you throw up eat directly after .  Always keep food in your stomach . After a while of doing that you'll notice that your able to keep food down (: i hope this helps some
