what to pack in hospital bag for a premature baby

Due to health complications, medics have decided that it may be best for my daughter to be born early (at 30 weeks). Really not sure what I should have packed to take to hospital for her, or what the hospital will suply. I.e nappies etc. Any ideas?

I had my twins at 32 weeks and they were in the NICU for 2 1/2 weeks. We didn't need anything. The hospital provided diapers, clothing (although we did bring them their own blankets and clothes at times), etc.

If born that early you won't need much of anything. Baby will likely spend some time in NICU and they provide everything then. If you don't mind my asking, why would they want you to have her so early?
