whats happening?

Hi I am 20 years old. About 2-3 weeks ago I had an HCG blood test of 2, which means negative. A little later I got a positive pregnancy test from Clearblue Digital. Now i have a negative blood test yet again but I do not know what my HCG was this time. My last period (11 days late might i add) isn't even considered a period because it was only for a day or two on and off and it was brown blood and between the spotting it was a clear fluid with some pinkish red blood in it. That went away. I spotted a week ago and haven't since then. My ultrasound showed signs of early pregnancy (said the ultrasound tech). There was fluid in my endometrium (but no sac yet she said it was probably too early). She also said the follicle on my ovary, the one that helps you get pregnant) was larger than usual. So now I am confused. My next period is due in a week from today. I have all the symptoms of early pregnancy. My right breast noticeably enlarged and it very very tender. I haven't even been able to wear my bra. I am nauseous every single day. I have lower abdominal cramps, sometimes only on the right side. I am very tired. I can probably sleep for days if work and school would let me. My appetite has definitely changed. Due to my nausea I can barely eat anything without being sick. Some smells I loved before make me feel like I am going to puke. I am most certainly urinating more.  STD tests also came back negative so its nothing like that. Can it just be too early to detect anything or am I going crazy?

Yeah I definitely feel it. But I'm just getting so confused. I just have a gut feeling something is up. Literally.

Sound like your pregnant but really early I would just wait and see what happens with your period and if you miss it then take a test or go to the doctor and have them test you! God bless you!
