I felt little flutters around 14 weeks and started feeling him kick at 17 weeks. I'm now 22 weeks and he's always kicking, he's a very active baby! Lol :)))

They start kicking in the first trimester, and if you get an ultrasound around 12 weeks you will see that most likely. Although you don't start feeling movement until much later. With my daughter I felt her at 19ish weeks and with this pregnancy I felt him kick around 17ish weeks. I can't remember the exact weeks, but it was September 6 for both my pregnancies.
