work and pregnant

I just started working today at my new job , they dont know im pregnant should I tell them or wait a little but I am 16weeks and 5days . .

I didn't bother to tell my work I just let them figure it out. Clysta is right though most companies require 12 months of work before your job is secured.

If you've already been hired it won't make much difference. Be warned you might not have maternity leave though--usually you have to work for so many months or weeks before you qualify.

I would wait a little bit to tell them. Most companys wont hire a woman who is pregnant because they have to take a maternity leave. If it was me I would wait to tell them or eventually they will find out when you keep getting bigger. Good luck!
